My time interning at The Grief Directory has been amazing and enlightening on so many levels and I am so grateful to Dr. Fatima for that! I am thankful to her for allowing me space into her personal journey, for making me more conscious of my responsibility towards others in need and for teaching me the importance (and need) of compassionate social action. It has made me a more kind and empathetic person and has given me great memories 🙂
