Students normally go for stipends rather than the actual experience when applying for internships. This not only results in the motivation level being lower but the overall experience being of no use. I thought otherwise. Back in summer break of 2016, I started looking for an opportunity where I could get the first hand experience of connecting with the marginalized communities of our society. Being an extrovert, I wanted to work at a place which would provide me a with platform to work for the community. TGD in itself has been of utmost significance for me. Not only has it helped me in grooming my personality, it has taught me some basic elements of life. It was more than just an internship for me.
